Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to recommend the petitioner for appointment as per the final result dated 26.12.2022, Annexure P-4, for the post of Art & Craft Teacher, Category No.22, against the Advertisement No.6 of 2006, under the BCA Category. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Manjit Kaur, L.A., submits that on account of mis-match of petitioner's biometrics, he was not issued appointment letter, and appropriate order to that effect will be conveyed to him.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition, at this stage.
