The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 25.10.2023 whereby the maintenance pendente lite was allowed to the respondents herein in an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled as "Rajni Vs. Mohit", the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a First Appeal against the impugned order as the respondent No.1 - Bhavana Gulati - herein has also filed an appeal being FAO-M-27-2024 against the same impugned order for enhancement. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
