Sobhna' pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Panipat to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurdaspur. There are serious and grave allegations against moral character of respondent Sobhna, therefore, it would not be proper and appropriate to allow the application for transfer of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Panipat to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurdaspur. The application stands dismissed.
