On 22.09.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "Petitioner, an accused in case FIR No.58 dated 02.03.2022, registered against him, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh, has prayed for grant of prearrest bail.
Learned counsel submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused Bhure Khan, son of Sardar, resident of Dhadoli, Nuh, who was allegedly caught keeping in his illegal possession 12 country made pistols and 1 box containing 10 live rounds of 315 bore. Learned counsel further submits that said disclosure statement, in the absence of recovery of any other incriminating material, is not admissible in evidence. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is willing to join the investigation as and when called for by the IO.

Ms. Shweta Nahata, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana and seeks time to file detailed status report.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required to do so by the Investigating Agency. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad-interim bail, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioner shall also be abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.)." * !
