**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0143 dated 26.11.2019, registered under Sections 380, 447, 448, 427, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. M.S.Nagra, AAG, Punjab, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Mr. Gaurav Chopra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney which is taken on record. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners states that a compromise has been effected between the parties on 14.12.2019 and as per the said compromise, the tubewell connection will be restored in the fields of the complainant within two months. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that as per the said compromise, the civil suits pending between the parties have also been withdrawn. CRM-M No. 53536 of 2019 -2factum of compromise but he has prayed that in case the compromise is not realized within two months, this petition may be considered to be dismissed. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed subject to the condition that as per the compromise, the tubewell connection will be restored by the petitioners on the land of the complainant within two months failing which this petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed In the event of arrest, petitioners be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Petitioners are directed to join investigation as and when required by the police and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
