Versus
Union of India and others -Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJ MOHAN SINGH
Present:

**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on second call.
On 13.12.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to produce relevant material in support of his contention that the State is presently in control of the premises where the Church is located.
The main prayer in the present writ petition is for revival of the Dhariwal Mills and maintenance of its properties, thereby directing the respondents to take appropriate measures for protecting those properties. It has not come forth as to whether any dispute as regards internal management of Dhariwal Mills at Gurdaspur is pending between the PRINCE SAINI 2022.05.31 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
stakeholders. It is also equally missing as to whether the aforesaid mill is privately owned Mill or Government is having any control over the affairs of the Mill. Even order dated 13.12.2019 has not been complied with till date. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 30.01.2020 also. In view of aforesaid position, I am of the prima facie opinion that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this case anymore.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
