(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No. 5 who has been trying to take away the vehicle of the petitioner forcibly.

Power of attorney on behalf of respondents No. 5 and 6 has been filed which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 5 and 6 submits that the loan case has been transferred from their institution to some other institution.

In view of the above, this petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of as such.
