H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurtej Singh, states that the petitioner No.1 Chamkuar Singh and petitioner No. 3 Jiwan Singh have since joined the investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation by the local police. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to petitioner No.1 Chamkuar Singh and petitioner No. 3 Jiwan Singh vide order dated 16.12.2019 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed qua petitioner No.1 Chamkuar Singh and petitioner No. 3 Jiwan Singh, whereas petition qua petitioner no.2 - Sukhchain Singh had already been dismissed vide interim order dated 16.12.2019.
