Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of his being enlarged on regular bail, in FIR No.92 dated 16.02.2022, under Sections 302, 392 of the IPC (Sections 201, 34 of the IPC, and, Section 25 of the Arms Act added subsequently), registered at P.S. Sadar Tauru, District Nuh.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to, at this stage, withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
