(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 19.07.2025 under Sections 125, 351(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order dated 24.09.2025 and are not required for custodial interrogation.
