(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.188 dated 20.07.2018 registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 506, 341, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel contends that according to medical opinion, injury No.3 attributed to the petitioner has been declared dangerous to life.

None has come forward to represent the petitioner. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
