***** SANJIV BERRY. J. (Oral) The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 23.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner in an expeditious manner.

It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that feeling aggrieved by the acts and conducts of respondent No.4, the petitioner had moved the representation dated 23.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2, but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are given to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation Annexure P-4 in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
