In terms of the order dated 27.01.2023, Mr. Ashish Handa, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2023.02.23 19:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document



 -)- undergone the entire sentence imposed upon him by Chief Judicial Magistrate, SAS Nagar Mohali.

Learned State counsel, in view of the custody certificate dated 09.03.2023, has not disputed the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner has been released on account of completion of his sentence awarded to him.
