(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 18.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) conveyed to the petitioner vide letter dated 14.10.2024 (Annexure P-9) and received by the petitioner on 22.10.2024, whereby respondent No.2 has declined the prayer of the petitioner for grant of permission/no objection for acquiring higher qualification and study leave. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to sanction/grant the petitioner no objection for acquiring higher qualification and study leave as per application of the petitioner dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) with all consequential benefits as per Rules and to restrain the respondents from giving effect to the impugned orders and allow the petitioner to continue his studies for B.Tech Civil MOHD YAKUB 2024.11.05 18:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
