(Oral) Admittedly, election to the Municipal Committee, Ferozepur Jhirka, have been held pursuant to order dated March 07, 2019, which was upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP. Thereafter, new office bearers have been elected and have assumed office after notification. In view of the above, this petition has been rendered redundant due to fresh elections and efflux of time. Dismissed as infructuous. The question raised by Mr. Patwalia has been left open to be decided in some other appropriate writ petition.
