The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-11990-2025, whereby without commenting on the merits of the case, direction was issued to the respondent to take note of the legal notice dated 07.11.2024 sent by the petitioner and to pass a well reasoned and speaking order thereupon.

In compliance of the order dated 30.04.2025, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.02.07 13:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, since order dated 30.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-11990-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, Panchkula.
