This revision petition was filed in the year 2019. It has been taken up for hearing on 01.12.2022 as well as on 04.05.2023. On both these occasions, the learned counsel representing the petitioner did not come forward to attend the hearing.

Today, again, the case has been called twice. However, the learned counsel representing the petitioner is not present. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present revision petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
