The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, for extension of interim bail granted to petitioner vide order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar for further 15 days for the purpose of relocating his family to a safe house, as their current residence has been severely affected due to heavy flooding in the area. 2.

Notice served upon the official respondent. State Counsel on instructions does not dispute the prevailing flood situation and submits that the petitioner was earlier granted interim bail by the learned Trial Court for a period of three days specifically due to the natural calamity. She further submits that the floods have severely impacted numerous areas, including the locality where the petitioner's family resides, and that the said reason formed the basis for granting interim bail in the first instance. 3.

Given the above facts and circumstances, this Court cannot overlook the devastating impact of the ongoing floods and is, therefore, inclined to extend the interim bail until 01.10.2025, to enable the petitioner to ensure the safety and relocation of his family members.

Given above, order of bail dated 12.09.2025 is extended till 01.10.2025 on the same terms as imposed by trial Court. There is no need to furnish fresh bonds. Petitioner shall surrender on 01.10.2025 at 04.00 PM in the concerned Jail. All the pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
