Prayer in the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.145 dated 24.09.2022 registered under Sections 21(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.

The first anticipatory bail application was dismissed on 21.12.2022.
