(Oral) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to his in case FIR No.95 dated 02.11.2023 under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Rajpura, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.11.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. However, learned counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 28.11.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
