**** NIDHI GUPTA , J. (Oral) Present appeal has been filed by the claimant against the dismissal of his Claim Petition by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gurgaon, vide Award dated 08.04.2016. 2.

The present appeal has been filed with a delay of 1251 days. Notice in the application for condonation of delay was issued by Predecessor Bench vide order dated 29.11.2022. However, the respondent No.1 has remained unserved till date, as correct address has not been provided by the appellant.

Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 4.

A bare reading of the above facts shows that the appellant has exhibited an utterly casual attitude in its pursuit of the present litigation.
