(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.151 dated 04.07.2025 under Sections 21C/25 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on vide GD No.33 dated 07.07.2025) registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.09.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 19.09.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 19.09.2025 is made absolute.
