HARI PAL VERMA , J. (ORAL ) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.734 dated 6.11.2018, under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to order dated 21.12.2018, the petitioners have joined RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.08.22 17:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the complainants submits that though the petitioners have joined the investigation but the recovery is yet to be effected in this case.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar, does not dispute the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation. He further submits that recovery in this case has been effected but the complainant is not coming forward to take the dowry articles so recovered in the case.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation and their custody is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 21.12.2018, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
