Counsel for the respondent submits that the divorce petition which was sought to be transferred has since been withdrawn by the respondent, before the Court below.

In view of the statement so made by counsel for the respondent, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application, and the same be dismissed as having become infructuous.
