***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition has moved under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned orders dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-7) issued by the respondent No.2 whereby the representation dated 06.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) for issuing appointment letter to the petitioner on the post of Shift Attendant against about 43 vacant posts.

Short reply on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has already been filed.

As per the said reply, petitioner has been granted appointment, vide letter dated 10.01.2020. Pursuant to the issuance of appointment letter, the petitioner has duly joined as is evident from arrival report dated 07.02.2020 KUSUM 2023.07.21 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, CHD
