The present application has been filed under Order IX, Rule 9 read with Section 151 of C.P.C., for restoration of the main case bearing CWP No. 28162 of 2025 to its original number which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10.11.2025.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed as prayed for, accordingly order dated 10.11.2025 passed in the writ petition (CWP No. 28162 of 2025) is recalled and the main writ petition bearing CWP No. 28162 of 2025 is restored to its original number and taken up on Board today itself.

Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.2 to 7 to remove the ANKIT 2026.05.14 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies before the Court of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
