***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Prayer herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 19.08.2024 (Annexure P-4).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, he has moved representation dated 19.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) before The Tehsildar, Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra, but the same has not been adverted to by the concerned authorities, till date. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Sagar Mal, Tehsildar and Mr. Sagar Kumar, Clerk to Tehsildar, submits that respondent No.5 (The Tehsildar, Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra)/competent authority HIMANI GUPTA 2024.12.13 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
