Learned counsel for the respondent/Commission submits that the petitioner submitted application form for the post by furnishing wrong information that she had cleared the HTET exam by securing 90 out 150 marks. This is factually incorrect, as she does not possess any such certificate. It was neither uploaded along with the application form, nor has it been appended to the petition. The above mentioned facts could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

The issue already stands decided against the petitioner vide judgment dated 08.11.2024, rendered in CWP-30277-2024 titled Kanchan and another v. State of Haryana and others, as well as the judgment dated 09.12.2024 passed in CWP-31169-2024 titled Mohit Kumar and another v. State of Haryana and others.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition and it stands dismissed.
