This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 03.09.2024 passed in CWP-21671-2024. 2.

The petitioner appearing in person through video conferencing states that the order dated 03.09.2024 has since been complied with, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
