-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present civil revision petition pertains to the year 2019. On 16.12.2019 the case was adjourned on the request made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners. Yet again, on the request made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners the case was adjourned to 11.05.2020. Thereafter, the matter was not taken up due to the situation created because of the Covid-19 Pandemic and was taken up only on 25.07.2022. On the said date learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to place on record the decree-sheet in Civil Suit No.540 dated 29.07.1989 as well as a copy of the issues framed and a copy of the application for additional evidence. Thereafter, on 12.09.2022 an adjournment slip was circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners for an adjournment on the ground that father of the counsel had expired. Accordingly, on the written request, the case was adjourned to today.

Today, on the first call a request for an adjournment has been made yet again on the ground that the father of the petitioner has expired just a few days ago.
