NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.21 dated 02.03.2016 registered under Sections 392, 395, 365, 427 IPC and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 at Police Station Sadar Nawanshahr, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. Office note perused, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has earlier filed CRM-M No.41038 of 2022 and CRM-M No.44392 of 2024, which were dismissed as withdrawn on 15.12.2022 and 13.09.2024, respectively and this is the third petition seeking regular bail to the petitioner.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
