(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 212 dated 21.8.2019, registered under Sections 457, 380 IPC, Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has been specifically named by the complainant alleging that theft has been committed by the petitioner in the absence of the complainant when he left his house to meet his ailing mother. No ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The petition is dismissed.
