(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 329 dated 18.8.2012 under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, District Rewari. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on 28.7.2015 but later on the petitioner surrendered before the trial Court and he is in custody since 15.10.2019. He further submits that at this stage a compromise has been executed between the complainant and the other co-accused and on the basis of the said compromise, they have moved CRM-M-38093-2019 seeking quashing of the FIR in which the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has relegated the parties to record their statements before the trial Court. Learned State counsel has not disputed the factual assertions. The petitioner is in custody since then 15.10.2019.
