(Oral) The petitioner has sought the relief for anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of FIR No.114 dated 04.07.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh, has apprised the Court that petitioner has not joined the investigation and has not complied with the order dated 29.04.2025 of this Court and has not surrendered his passport before the investigating officer. In view of above, interim relief granted vide order dated 07.11.2025 is not being extended and the present petition stands dismissed.
