The petitioner, who is involved in FIR No.5 dated 3.1.2024 registered at Police Station Division-8, District Ludhiana, under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of Indian Penal Code, which are all bailable offences, seeks grant of anticipatory bail. The petitioner also claims himself to be a juvenile. 2.

At this stage, Mr. Siddharth Attri, AAG, Punjab, upon whom an advance copy of petition had already been served, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent - State. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from Head Constable Mohan Singh, has stated that the petitioner is not sought to be arrested particularly in view of bailable offences. He has further submitted that the petitioner may be directed to join investigation. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
