*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) The petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents to decide their representations & reminders (Annexure P-4) and also to include the petitioners in the Amnesty scheme dated 12.08.2025 (Annexure P-5). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had paid 25% of the bid amount in the auction conducted in the year 2022. The petitioners could not make the rest of the payment as stilt+4 floors building plan was kept in abeyance by the order dated 23.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Haryana. He further submits that the petitioners have applied for consideration of their case under the Amnesty Scheme as they are fully eligible thereunder. He also submits that the petitioners have sent various representation(s) in this regard to respondent No.3, but to no await and therefore, the petition may be disposed of with a VANITA 2025.09.26 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment
