The present revision petition pertains to the year 2019. Vide order dated 16.01.2026, notice was issued to the petitioner as the counsel representing the petitioner has since expired. As per the office report, the petitioner-firm remains unserved with the report that its office is stated to have closed. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner-firm. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
