******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Short reply by way of affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 3 filed by learned State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in CWP No. 17855 of 2016 has been stayed in LPA No. 115 of 2020 filed by the State. Copy of order passed in LPA has been placed on file as Annexure R-1.

In view of the above facts, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek its revival or to file fresh one on decision of LPA/vacation of the stay order.
