In deference to the directions issued by this Court on 07.11.2024, the learned State counsel has filed reply dated 26.11.2024, on affidavit of Naveen Sindhu, Deputy Superintendent of Police, JindUchana, District Jind, which is taken on record. A copy of the reply is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In view of the disclosures made in the reply, especially the one appertaining to there being no immediate danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, she does not want to press the instant petition at this stage. 3.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, as not pressed at this stage.
