Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondent No.3 to transfer the long pending cases of the petitioner to any of the enlisted arbitrators empanelled by the respondent-State. 2.

Today, the learned State counsel has filed a short reply dated 07.03.2025, on affidavit of Sandeep Rishi, IAS, Chairman, Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Sangrur-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur, which is taken on record. Copy of the short reply is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perusal of the short reply reveals that, the instant writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as awards have already been passed in all the seven pending cases of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
