Mr. Jasjit Singh, DAG, Punjab appearing on behalf of the State of Punjab on instructions from ASI Sukhpal Singh has submitted that after investigation the petitioner has been found to be innocent and therefore his custody is not required.

In view of such facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed and the order 13.01.2025 is made absolute.
