After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants submits that though the grievance with regard to the partition of Rectangle Nos. 87 and 88 was raised before the learned Single Judge, but the same has not been decided by the learned Single Judge, while passing the order dated 27.05.2025, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to file a review. 2.
