The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus for releasing the detenue namely Kajal, who is the minor daughter of the petitioner. 2.

Vide order dated 04.12.2023, it was recorded: "On instructions from ASI Dilbag Singh, learned State counsel has submitted that the detenue is with her mother". 3.

Today, the detenue along with the petitioner is present in Court hence, the present habeas corpus petition stands disposed of and no further orders are required to be passed.
