- ./0 The instant petition had been filed for restoring custody of the detenue-Aarushi, aged 17 years, (daughter of the petitioner). The matter was referred to the Mediation and as per the report dated 11.11.2025, the parties have already settled their dispute by way of an amicable resolution and the parties are currently residing together. Parties are also present in the Court and they admitted to the settlement.

In view of the same, no further directions are required to be issued.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
