*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to renew/issue the passport of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s)-Union of India informs the Court that the passport of the petitioner already stands dispatched to the petitioner on 24.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact and submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
