(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 52 dated 02.10.2009 registered under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala, on the basis of compromise and order dated 20.07.2016 (Annexure P-4) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kapurthala, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2019, petitioner appeared before the trial Court and enlarged on bail. He is regularly appearing before the trial Court. She further submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
