It is the petitioner's case that he had filed various complaints against respondents No.4 to 10 and also submitted affidavits, which were asked for by the authorities. However, when he sought the action taken reports on his complaints from the respondent-University under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short, 'RTI Act'), it is informed that they are not available. It is submitted that such action on the part of the respondent-University is unjustified and illegal.
