   **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Challenge is to the order dated 23.08.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot, vide which the application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was allowed and the petitioners were summoned to face trial in FIR No.26 dated 09.04.2013. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial in the present case has already been concluded and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
