Prayer in the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing directions to take legal action against the respondents for willfully acting against law and targeting the petitioner. 1.1.

A further prayer has been made for issuing directions to the revenue authorities to conduct a fresh demarcation of land bearing khasra No.473, Trail 479/2, Rudi Awadi; and to ensue restoration of physical possession of the demarcated land to the petitioner without delay. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
