The petitioner, who is working as Development Officer in the Life Insurance Corporation of India, has invoked a writ of Certiorari for quashing the vires of Rules framed by the respondent-Life Insurance Corporation of India as also the show cause notice dated 07.11.2019 issued by Sr. Divisional Manager to him.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on examination of the grounds raised in the petition, it is apparent that against the impugned show cause notice, the petitioner has already filed a reply. Present petition is dismissed as pre mature. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court, if so aggrieved against the action of the Disciplinary Authority.
